Can we keep our phone numbers? +

Yes. We handle the entire port from your current carrier and coordinate the cutover date with you. Your numbers never change, and your old service stays live until the moment the port completes.

What happens to calls if our internet goes down? +

Calls automatically reach the mobile apps on your team’s phones, and routing rules can fail over to any number you choose. For offices that can’t afford any gap, our Backup Internet service adds automatic cellular failover.

Do we have to buy desk phones? +

No. The desktop and mobile apps are included with every seat. When you want hardware, you can buy it outright or rent it from $4/month per phone, provisioned and supported.

How do you keep call quality high? +

Voice is engineered, not hoped for: we design the network path with QoS so calls take priority over downloads, and we monitor quality after cutover. If your office network needs work, we fix that too.

Is there a long-term contract? +

Pricing is month-to-month per seat at $35 with unlimited US calling, quoted in writing before you sign anything.
